The heart of Brim Cafe & Catering has lived on the lower level of the Honey Creek Corporate Center since its establishment in 2014.
For the past 12+ years, the Brim family has served hundreds of Milwaukeeans on a daily basis, and catered meetings and special events for customers, businesses, and wedding couples throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.

Brim Cafe & Catering is the in-house food vendor at 330 Eats in partnership with Fooda, Inc. of Chicago. 330 Eats brings a new concept to Milwaukee by offering pop-up catering once a week by different cafes and restaurants.

Schlitz Park
Brim Cafe & Catering is now open at Milwaukee’s historic and modern office campus at Schlitz Park in the River Center building.

lincoln village
The owners of Brim renovated a historic building to establish their first storefront cafe and catering location at 622 W. Lincoln Avenue in the beloved Historic Lincoln Village neighborhood.
Brim was awarded several grants to complete the project, including the Building Bridges Small Business Grant, Commercial Revitalization Grant, and a Signage Grant.
