Please note per person pricing does not include an additional 6% sales tax and 18% gratuity of the total wedding balance, and any relevant venue vendor fees. All buffet options include labor, dinner rolls, honey lavender butter, silverware, standard tablecloths for food tables, guest napkin linens (variety of colors to choose from), water glasses, and standard white (round) china appetizer and dinner plates.

Brim family style catering is inspired by a cultural
Middle Eastern custom from the origins where chef Mike grew up.
 
After a childhood of working in the restaurant industry with his family, Mike’s passion grew into a professional career after immigrating to America as a teenager and becoming a culinary student and graduating from Kendall College in Chicago.
 
We are excited to share this traditional family style of eating and
serving each other in an intimate way.
We work with each couple and family to create a memorable experience fit to your specific vision and needs.

      Rustic Oyster Bar

      Catch of the week oysters arranged in a rustic farm style set up served with three sauces: lemon siracha, ginger scallion, and sweet and sour habanero sauces.

      • Pomegranate Bruschetta
        Toasted garlic French baguettes with fresh mozzarella, diced tomato, fresh basil, and Kalamata olives tossed in extra virgin olive oil.
      • Cucumbers + Hummus
        Sliced cucumber sandwiches filled with traditional homemade hummus, topped with micro greens, and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
      • Wisconsin Meat and Cheese Platter
        An assortment of local dried meats and cheeses, paired with seasonal fruits and a jam of your choice made from scratch (raspberry, strawberry, or dates).

        • Middle Eastern Jaj O Batata

          Marinated organic chicken filets baked with hearts of artichoke and crispy thin slices of potato, topped with a specialty lemon roasted garlic and chili sauce, and served with fresh pita bread. Chef’s favorite!

          Char Brisket

          Char broiled beef brisket in our smokey BBQ sauce, thinly sliced roasted potato, caramelized onion, and baby carrots.

        • Carved Steak Station
          Prime steak carved as guests make their way through the buffet line with au jus sauce and organic herb butter on the side.

        • Chicken Ala Keef
          All-natural chicken breast stuffed with imported prosciutto and goat cheese, grilled to perfection and topped with our lemon and caper sauce.
        • Roasted Leg of Lamb
          Oven roasted leg of lamb with baby carrots and potatoes, seasoned with Mediterranean spices and a red wine reduction.
        • Oven-Baked Salmon
          Marinated, grilled wild caught salmon served with lemon butter and caper sauce.

            Made with crunchy chopped hearts of romaine, grape tomatoes, and carrots, our house croutons, imported Parmesan cheese and classic Caesar dressing.

              Made with iceberg lettuce, romaine, sweet diced red peppers, red onions, parmesan cheese tossed with our white Italian vinaigrette.
