Brim Cafe and Catering opened its first cafe in the Honey Creek Corporate Center near Wisconsin State Fair in 2014.
Throughout the years Brim has become a local Milwaukee favorite for catering a variety of business meetings, special events, festivals, weddings, and charitable causes. Brim is a preferred caterer at Terrace 167, Milwaukee War Memorial Center, Ivy House, Twelve29, Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. in the Fifth Ward, and Birch. Whether you are looking for a traditional Wisconsin-style menu, upscale intercultural or international cuisine, halal, gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan recipes, Chef Mike will accommodate to any palette with an authentic twist.
We are a tight-knit, family ran business and work with attentive care to ensure every detail exceeds your expectations and each customer has an interpersonal experience working with our team. We strive to turn our clients, customers, and partners into lifelong friends, and to create a positive experience from beginning to end. We hope you will join the Brim Family!

Brim catered our wedding in September at Terrace 167, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Their service and food were phenomenal. Brim is ran by a husband and wife who know the struggle of planning a wedding. They were able to roll out the red carpet for us while also relating to the stress of it all. If we could plan a wedding again just to work with them, I would!
THANK YOU SO MUCH for catering our event last night. You and your team did such an amazing job. Everything was beautiful and delicious, and you and your team were so friendly, helpful, professional, and just wonderful.
As a full time wedding photographer, I eat at weddings very frequently. I have never once thought about the food from a wedding that was over, including my own wedding. But this weekend, Mike and his team left me literally speechless (and wishing I could’ve taken more food home).
