Michael, a Middle East native, has grown his career in the Greater Milwaukee Area over the past 8 years. His cooking focuses on Mediterranean-centric dishes inspired by his heritage and roots, and pays thoughtful attention to fresh ingredients and unique flavors.
His passion for cooking began as a young boy in Syria, assisting his father at his family-owned restaurant in the mountains. After years of studying at Kendall College, a culinary school in Chicago, he worked in the restaurant industry in downtown Milwaukee before chasing his dream to lead his own team, cafe, and catering business.
Michael recently elevated and expanded the Brim services to accommodate wedding couples seeking a customized catering experience before, during, and long after their special day. Chef Mike’s heart and passion he pours into his service, recipes, and thoughtful attention to every detail introduces a new experience for corporate catering, weddings, festivals, and a sit down restaurant to Milwaukee. He looks forward to more business ventures in the future, and most importantly, bringing food to your table you can’t find anywhere else!
